ABOUT EXHIBITION
Sabek invites us to observe how his artwork emerges emerges the dichotomy between predators and prey, of power and strength, energy and dynamism, while always looking for a perfect symbiosis.
The adored animals that inspire Sabek’s work are often portrayed as stylised, black figures, with a strong feeling of respect. Their bold forms contrast against the colourful, abstract shapes that are entwined within the composition, to further convey their noble and powerful place between humans and nature.
“From my point of view, the relationship I establish between humans and nature is a fundamental part of my work.
